What exactly is a Party Bus?

Yes! Guests 21 and over are allowed to bring alcohol and drink on Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus
How many people can the Party Bus accommodate?
Our Party Buses can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 20 passengers.
How old do I have to be reserve a Party Bus?
To reserve a Party Bus you must be at least 18 years of age.
What are the rates to rent Hidden Secrets luxury Party Bus?
The rates for our party buses vary greatly depending on season, and availability. Call or Request a Quote Online to get the most up to date pricing on your event.
How does the transportation on Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus work?
Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus is a destination-based transportation company meaning parties must be dropped off at a specific location(s). Usually, Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus is based on an hourly-rate. Occasionally some events may not require a specific drop-off location.
If I rented out the 20 passenger party bus, can my party consist of more than 20 passengers?
No. The passenger capacities listed on our website are the MAXIMUM limit for each of the buses. For insurance purposes, we can only insure the amount of passenger the vehicle can carry.
Can I bring passengers under 21 years of age on the Party Bus?
Yes, as long as they are not drinking alcohol.
How much do I need to put down to reserve a party bus?
In order to book Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus and take it out of the system for the night of your event, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit that gets applied towards your total balance. The balance of the payment if paying with credit card will be due 7 days before your scheduled trip. When this time comes we will call you, go over all of the final details for your trip, and collect the balance. However, if the remainder of the balance is paid in cash you can pay on the day of the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be done via certified letter to Hidden Secrets Luxury Party Bus, LLC 14 Days before your rental. If you have fewer days until your reservation, you will be responsible to pay the total contract price which will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are more than 14 days till your rental you can cancel and pay only 30% of non-refundable deposits.
